The Washington School ‘Improvement & Innovation Unit’ can provide support & guidance to schools and professionals working within education to visualise, develop a strategy and implement key actions.

Through focused 1:1, small group and conference size events, we create the right conditions for conversations that lead to solutions, empowering schools leaders, Governors and school communities to showcase and share effective practice.

  • developing a strategic model for intervention and ‘rescue’ of harder to reach students
